• No alcohol/Caffeine, 24-48 hours prior
• Avoid Botox/Filler, 1 month prior
• No chemical peel, 1 month prior
• No Retinol/face creams containing acid, 1 week prior
• Avoid sweating day of procedure
• Avoid sun beds/sunburn prior to procedure
• Avoid waxing/tinting, 3 days prior
• Do not take vitamin E, fish oil, Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Niacin, 48 hours prior
• Must be off Accutane, 1 year prior

**You may be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.**

 For 1 week following your procedure:

• Use Micellar water or antibacterial soap to gently cleanse the brows, rinse completely and dry. Twice daily.
• After each rinse, apply thin amount of aftercare ointment for 5 days
• During the healing period, avoid makeup around the area
• Avoid sauna, steam room or swimming
• Avoid drinking excessive amounts of alcohol
• Avoid creams containing Retinol/acids

For 1 month following your procedure

• Avoid sunbed/long period of direct sunlight to brows

• Avoid chemical peels/facials/exfoliation
• Avoid Botox/filler
